This two-segment die crack is contained in the ring. The first segment starts at the edge and curves through the first A in CANADA stopping just shy of the lower left corner of the N. The second segment swings upward toward the edge from the upper left corner of the N. Both cracks are quite faint, especially the second segment.

Reverse Die Crack D is found on coins dated 2002, 2004 and 2005.

Reverse Die Crack D is commonly paired with either Obverse Die Crack CT04-1, CT05-3 or a plain obverse.
